Flashpoint Campaigns: Cold War is a grand tactical combat simulation on the Cold War battlefield. As the force Commander, you will plan and issue orders and Standard Operating Procedures to your battalion, brigade, or regimental forces, shaping the fight by maneuver and intent. Engage in rendered real-world map locations across Germany, with each hex representing 500m of terrain on maps covering 20km x 15km or larger. Battles last 4 to 24 hours in-game, under any time of day or weather conditions.

This is the biggest Flashpoint Campaigns ever, with over 100 Cold War scenarios and 10 campaigns involving the highest number of nations in the series. For the first time, it includes Air Assault and other new features. The asynchronous WEGO turn-based engine lets you issue orders and watch the battlefield unfold, then adjust to outmaneuver the enemy.

Experience realistic combat with maneuver units like companies, platoons, and sections of tanks, IFVs, infantry, recon, engineers, air-defense, anti-tank systems, helicopters, and more. Use off-map assets like artillery, rockets, airstrikes, and even chemical or nuclear weapons. Factors like Electronic Warfare, Air Superiority, Weather, Line of Sight, Terrain, Smoke, Mines, training, morale, and readiness challenge your command.

Data-rich with national characteristics, command parameters, orders of battle, and era-specific equipment from 1980-1989 for nations including the US, UK, France, Canada, Belgium, West Germany, Soviet Union, East Germany, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Create your own scenarios, campaigns, and mods with full documentation support.

How to Redeem

1. Create a Steam account if you don’t have one.
